Organizing Team Manager

REPORTS TO: Managing Director
The Center for Third World Organizing is a racial justice organization dedicated to building social justice movements led by people of color. We were established in 1980 as a training and resource center that promotes and sustains direct-action organizing in communities of color in the United States.
We believe in creating a pipeline of organizers that are equipped with both the fundamentals of organizing as well as new, innovative and creative tactics & strategies. We believe that those historically marginalized should lead this fight.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position is full-time (32 hours per week), exempt, fully benefits-eligible, reports to the Managing Director, and is paid an annual salary between $65,000-$75,000
The Organizing Team Manager will work to ensure that CTWO’s Organizing programming is seamlessly executed and is responsible for being our lead trainer for the Organizing programs. You will primarily focus on expanding, implementing, and evaluating CTWO’s public training offerings, legacy programs, fee-for-service programs, and designing new programs as needed. CTWO offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive, progressive benefits program to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performing and dedicated workforce. The salary range for this position is full-time $65,000-$75,000 a year. This is a 32-hours per week position.
